Acceptance

These Terms of Use are between you and Faberi Tecnologia LTDA (CNPJ 69.040.935/0001-06), which operates Estalo. When you download or use the app, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. It is part of these terms.

About Estalo

Estalo is an app to train mental math. It teaches techniques and gives you exercises and game rounds. The app works offline and syncs your progress when you are online.

Your account

• You sign in with an email code, with Apple or with Google.
• You are responsible for access to the email and the accounts you use to sign in.
• Use an email address that you can access.
• You can delete your account at any time. See how on the Delete account page.

Estalo Pro subscription

Some Estalo features need an Estalo Pro subscription.

• The subscription has monthly and annual plans.
• Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) bills you, through the store account you used.
• The store shows the prices before you buy.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
• If there is a free trial, it ends with a charge. To avoid the charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• You manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. The Support page shows the steps.
• Deleting your Estalo account does not cancel your store subscription.
• Refunds follow the policies of Apple and Google.

Acceptable use

When you use Estalo, you must not:

• use the app for illegal purposes;
• try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
• copy, change, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, unless the law allows it;
• get around the subscription or the access controls of the app;
• overload or disrupt the service, including with automated access.

License to use the app

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Estalo on devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

The app, the techniques, the texts, the images, the mascot and the Estalo brand stay ours or belong to our licensors. This license does not transfer any of these rights to you.

Educational content

Estalo content is educational. Each person learns in a different way and at a different pace. So we do not guarantee specific results, such as grades, passing an exam or a level of performance.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep Estalo running well. But the app can have failures, interruptions or errors. We provide the app "as is", within the limits of the law.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits or lost opportunities, that result from the use of the app or from not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer protection law or other law gives you.

Termination

You can stop using Estalo and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If this happens, you still manage your subscription in the store.

Apple and Google terms

If you downloaded Estalo from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. The date of the last update is at the top of this page. If a change is important, we tell you in the app or by email. If you continue to use Estalo after the change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

The laws of Brazil govern these terms. If you are a consumer, you can take a dispute to the courts where you live.
